Videogame Review: Ninja Gaiden — Master Collection

Ryu is indeed the ultimate Sigma Male
  1. Extremely rewarding fast-paced and complex combat with numerous weapons, tools, spells, and techniques.
  2. Punishing difficulty, even on normal. If you don’t learn to play well you won’t finish the first stage.
  3. A really well-designed integrated world that encourages exploration and paces the game perfectly. There’s plenty of action but also just enough downtime.
  4. A pretty engaging “straight to DVD” level plot with some memorable characters and interesting lore.
This game still makes me pine for what could have been…
